I wish 0 stars was an option. Our appointment was at 4:30. After waiting an hour, we still weren't called in. The receptionists don't help at all. They just say there's nothing they can do. They don't stick to scheduled appointment times. Very unhelpful. The small waiting are gets super full and they don't take people in based on appointment times but based on the time they called for the door to be unlocked. They don't update immunizations on the systems even if your child received the shot. This place is a joke
