18 years of taking my children to this clinic and due to a bad diagnosis for me and having complained to Dr. Juana Maria, it was enough for me not to want to continue attending and to discharge my children, without even showing my face, I never had problems with Doctor Victor nor with the nurses, nor with the one who attends in front, only with Juana Maria's sister when she answered the phone,, I think that after so many years what he did of not wanting to take care of my children was not fair.

Look , the doctors are great i dont have any problem with them whatsoever the problem is the rude nurses or front people at the clinic. I was asking questions, asking questions and the lady in the phone couldnt answer . First makes me feel like im dumb for asking questions , just bc you dont know the answers dont be making me feel like im less than you. They need manners bc she called me rude when i kept asking about the changes implemented that i wasnt aware about. I didnt raise my voice or said nothing mean, but i did say you need to be nicer . Ive been coming here for a while and it sucks that im gonna have to take my business elsewhere. Hire ppl who have people manners first off , you supposed to be comforting the patient not making them feel like they are less.
