We contacted High Volume Audio U.S.A. to diagnose a honda cr-v and honda civic for no sound coming from the speakers. He charged $75 per vehicle to let us know the speakers was not working. We paid the $150 diag fee, he told us he would order the speakers and install them the following day, also he would credit the $150 diag fee to the future repair. It's been over a week and he still giving us the runaround. We call to check on the update for the installation, we were told it would be $200 to $250 higher than the original price quoted.
