Our garage gate controllers were in need of updating and PTR and Tim and his team were not only prompt in responding, but also pointed out the fact that we had been operating the gates in an inefficient way. Saved us time and money and increased our operational efficiency!!

PTR did a great job at repairing the gate at Sutton Park HOA. they were out quickly, go the price to us fast and the repair was done the next day!

Very poor customer Service. The company I signed a contract, which I had for 3 years sold it to PTR Controlled and It's been the worst expirence. First, to schedule a tehnician you have to call 7 times and most of those time they won't show up you have to keep calling. After you finally get a technician to come up the response is I can't do anything it seems to be working fine . after two months of the date technician shows up they come up with this 2 hour minumun charge for doing nothing and not even explaining the customer the cost and on top of the situation we get treat by the manager. what an amazing company! My recomendation find another company.
