SNJ Apparel Pattern

DO NOT COME HERE. I had the WORST service here that I have ever experienced in this industry. I came here hoping to create a pair of athletic shorts that I designed, and it failed miserably. I had a consultation with Yui, (who unfortunately is the only person that a client can talk to) and everything seemed great. I showed her my tech pack, the design that I wanted, and even gave her a pair of shorts that showed what I wanted the stitching to be. I specified multiple times that the shorts I was giving her was only to reference the stitching and nothing else. When I came in to pick up my muslin, it was an exact replica of the shorts that I had given her. When I told her that this is not what I wanted, she completely blamed me and refused to take any responsibility. The second muslin they made was much better. It was clear that they still didn't look at my tech pack, but it was definitely on the road to success. With the second muslin, I only asked for one one adjustment to be made. I got a call later on from them asking me to clarify an adjustment that they thought I wanted, so I repeated on the phone again the only adjustment I wanted. When I came in for my third muslin, not only did they NOT include the ONE adjustment I asked for, but they made a huge design change without asking me, and I would have never approved of it if they asked me first. The change that they made not only changed the fit of the shorts, but it also changed the way certain parts of it looked. I was hesitant to go right into the sample, so I asked for a fourth muslin with some adjustments just to be safe. As expected, the fourth muslin was a complete disaster. It looked like it was 2 sizes too small, and looked completely different than the previous muslins. It turned out smaller because they took away fabric to comply with an adjustment I wanted for the waistband, but they should have realized that taking out the amount of fabric that they did would make the shorts a completely new size. After all of this, I decided not to get my final sample made with them. After 4 tries it was clear that they couldn't do the job. They didn't make me pay for the muslins that they messed up, but they still made me pay for rush service even though with the amount of times that they messed up it turned out not to be a rush service with how long I had to wait to get the correct design. I told them that I didn't want the pattern because I didn't want to pay for a pattern that I couldn't use, but they made me pay for it anyways, so I told them to send it to me when it was ready. It has been over two months and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I called and texted multiple times about not receiving the pattern, and have not gotten a response. This company is shady and so are the people that work here. You know the saying "the customer is always right?". That policy is not followed at this company. Please do not give your money to this business. Do not waste your time here.
