I call for services this morning.. she told me to text her my license and policy information and I did that now its 4:00p.m and I havent received a phone call so I decided to call her on the cell number that she gaveme come to fine out she gave me a non working number. Thats a shame that Express Insurance Services has someone like that working for there company thats six months of payments and just because she didnt want to do her job she lost a customer. Bad Customer Service!
