I've never met someone as dedicated, and who personally went above and beyond to make sure I was not only covered but understood all options available. She made me feel comfortable and important. I dealt with Angie. She lied any the monthly price, pocketed my money and gave what was "needed" to the actually insurance company. Called to complain and got the run around. STAY AWAY!!! Consider yourself warned!!! Bad business practices!!!

GARBAGE........Tanya Pancetti gave me bad information and now i have to see if i can completely alter my financial situation or pay a late fee every month. I understand that people make mistakes, but people should own up and correct those mistakes. She offered to cover the late fee from her personal money for 1 month of the 12 month term. Sad thing is i used to sell cars and have sent them several guest that have bought policies. They have paid me for it. Now i have an issue and she tells me that there is no way they can atleast cover the late fees that are there SOLELY because she did not know her product she sells. Going to call the BBB to make a complaint. Lol all over what will end up being 100 for the course of the year.

I have gotten the best rates with them. Sometimes they are a little rough with the customer service, but overall I pleasant experience. Great rates!
