Oh man this company is a joke. Im not a customer but I am a technician from another company and went behind them and theyre major hacks. Cant fix nothing correctly, they just bypass safeties and jump stuff out. Stay out of fort Oglethorpe we dont want that hack stuff out here.

As a business owner professional and repairs fixed in a timely manner is important! Today after dealing with a technician that was rude , aggressive and somewhat belittling to women. I would never recommend this company. As a women business owner you should have the right to ask whats wrong with your ac unit if being repaired without being cut off, and hushed by answers thats not related to questions being asked! This technician Mike was new tho this job as his coworker started the job days before without being able to be repaired. Was told they would be back that next day which was Saturday and they never showed, they said the boss would show up himself on Monday they never showed. They arrive with no calls or communication prior. They claim to fix things but leave problems worse than it was before they com. They have been to my business 5 times in two week period and still not fixed. Employees are getting instructions over the phone by FaceTime with I dont know who is YouTube repair options. Boss never shows to check on a job that still is not fixed. Mike states that its fixed , Mike says it will take a few hours to cool down. Mike says we got it working now so why you worried about when we didnt before. Sloppy customer service, sloppy workers appearance and Mike was even rude to his own co worker. Yet again 3 hrs later its still hotter than it was when they left saying its fixed ! Unit is still not fixed and they are charging for every call they come out to trouble shoot! This place has low entry level technicians that dont know what they are doing! Run dont walk and find another company to use! 5 visits nothing is fixed! Service: HVAC system repair
