I am an agent and sold a home at the townhomes at Peachtree Corners. I had a great experience with Sandy and Angel. The closing was super smooth with the preferred lender, Ameris. The home was already built so we had no issues on timeline. Closed in 3 weeks with a buyer who did a FHA loan! Of course, there are little items here and there that needed to be repaired but there is such with any builder nowadays.

If you guys are planning to buy homes from this builder, don't buy. Look for some better options. My personal experience I am sharing closing and handover is a big headache . Quality of the construction is very bad and wrong commitments. Many houses are constructed, slanting, and unfinished poor quality of cheap materials . Like outdated appliances, poor electric connections, used and refinished bathtubs . If you claim during the warranty period bathtub manufacturing company and the Builder both will make us fool . 3 months old home look at the bathtub. I attached the image Bootz brand . The manufacturer said it was a refinished one . Such a fraudulent company .

I would literally never recommend this builder to anybody. The sales consultant, Julia, was absolutely horrible to me and spoke down to me. She didnt even do her job.. answer the buyers simple questions, give time frames, and updates. She did the bare minimum while being very very condescending. My closing date was pushed 6 months with absolutely no reasons why with my builders deposit being held over my head. My interest rate doubled and they didnt even care or have any rush. The quality at closing was absolutely insane. It was dirty with many open items. I honestly just needed my home 6 months late and gave up and decided to fix things on my own ensuring its quality because I DIDNT TRUST THEM. The only positive and kind experience I had was with Ash and thats just because hes a good person and new to McKinley at the time. Do not buy a home with McKinley unless you have money to invest in updating the quality and willing to wait months for it be finished. I love my home now but I cant say it was worth the mental stress it put me through dealing with the unkind people and not respecting how important my home and money was to me.

Ever seen such a cheaters in my life. 10 months old construction, i have attached images .My personal experience not happy with the quality of the work . Very low garde materials used for the construction. When compared with the other competitor's in the market I will give very low ratings for this company .Very poor quality of material they are using, especially the plumbing and the electrical fixtures are used ones. Within 3 months the bathtub is discolored if we ask for the warranty . The construction company points the manufacturer and the manufacturer points the plumbing . The manufacturer clearly state that the product has been refinished in some point by the construction company . If we say this to the builder they will say we are not responsible. There one year warranty is just a fraudulent thing . Don't fall under this builder. Pay little more and go for some reputed builders. The whole community is planning to file a complaint against this builder.
