Too bad there aren't 10 stars!!!! Fountainhead Control rooms deserves many more stars for excellence in customer service and products! I hope individuals come across them like we did, just "googling" good support chairs and reading reviews. We went to the showroom in July (I'm sorry it took me longer than it should to write this review!) Noah White & Megan Stewart provided all the necessary demonstrations and comparisons among different chairs, so we could decide which chairs worked best for each of us. I wasn't planning on a standup desk (although I really needed one) but asked about it when I saw it and fell in love with the sturdiness of it and the simple operation of it. It is the perfect size (see pic) for my personal and work laptop (during COVID). Noah's superb customer service shined through the entire process from start to finish with status updates and follow-ups. We are extremely satisfied with the X chairs, X standup desk (I love that the base forms an X) and footrests. The X chair is worth every penny; it's comfort, easily adjusted arm rests, and smooth gliding of the wheels are refreshing. Also, because of its very well thought out design, the support of back and neck have reduced back and neck pain tremendously and our posture has improved. The stand-up desk and footrest have a simple but complete design and aid in proper posture too. Once I am back at the "real" office, I have the feeling I will have to buy a second X-Chair because I KNOW my back will not be happy with the one I currently have there.

Fountainhead Control Rooms was so helpful to me throughout my purchase of the X4 office chair--from my very first phone call, to letting me explore their products in the showroom, all the way to delivering and even assembling the chair in my office! As for my brand new, red leather X4 chair, it's the best chair I've ever sat in! Not only does it provide the ever-elusive lumbar support I've been looking for, but it cradles my neck like I'm being actively massaged! (And it looks gorgeous!) One day I might be in the market for one of Fountainhead's high-tech, fully customized sit-stand desks. Innovative products, creative vision, friendly service, and an overall great company!
