        Great American Floors was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had carpet replaced with wood flooring on two stair cases and my entire upstairs area, and Great American Floors (specifically Steve Williams) helped guide me through the whole process. Not only were they kind and responsive, but they made unbiased recommendations, completed the work quickly/cleanly, and followed up multiple times to ensure everything went smoothly. If you need a trustworthy group to take care of floors, I'd recommend no one more than Steve and the Great American Floors team.
