I just got chased by one of their company vans for about 3 miles on I-75. The driver swerved at me and almost hit me. Rolled his window down and yelled obscenities and told me to pull over. Do not use this place you may get this crazy person in your house or business.

Greg F. was knowledgeable, fast and efficient in assisting us in our multi-family apartment community fire alarm system. Weve had a few false alarms in the past week and Greg was here to assist us in finding some issues. Thank you, Greg!

Giving them a one star is only because I can't give them zero. We have had them doing our industrial building inspections (21 bldgs) for the past 2 years. Both years have been a challenge to say the least. We have had missed inspections, partial inspections, repairs not performed (although approved) and yellow tags left on our risers until I have notified them. We have County Water Departments calling for Back Flow reports that haven't been received. The one thing they are good at is to invoice you. Worst communication, no accountability and really wish that I had not given them the benefit of the doubt that 1st year screw-ups were due to Covid-19 hitting. The 2nd year was just as poorly managed. My advise - take your business to another company that actually values you as a customer.
