Unfortunately, I can't leave anything less than one star, but I am extremely livid with this particular medical professional because he is a liar. Plain and simple he is seen me for the past 7 months do not know who I am every time he comes into the office to ask me the same ridiculous question oh you had surgery 2 years ago no I had surgery 12 years ago and if you paid attention you would know that and to win a patient properly you have to do more than a 2 week prescription for somebody looking for other pain management and be clear I left the practice you didn't discharge me so what you were supposed to do is give a 30 day prescription on my way out the door and you did what I expected you to do if I go through any withdrawals because you didn't do your job properly I will have your license and I mean that if you're going to follow the law it's to pain medication, follow the law on .EVERYTHING.
