I love this place Mrs. Cooly is very nice and professional and my fiance and I are very comfortable here I recommend anyone to live here its fair for those who dont smoke I Love that theres no smoking policy. I also like that I can come to this general manager about anything. She does her job well. Also she has an awesome staff Mrs. Stacy is also very polite and says hello and good morning to you. I love this staff. Its very clean and its the best place to live in norcross its safe. Rooms: I love that there are no bugs very clean

I stayed at InTown for almost 2 years and it was more than i expected . The staff were helpful. The manager BRANDON was amazing ! Anything i needed he was there to help and try to figure out the best way to make sure me and my family were comfortable! If needed to , I would so stay here again

Hi My name is Valerie. I have to say that when I checked in. Me and my 1 year old daughter the lady at the front desk was not at all friendly. It was like she was there just to get a check. But, then Mr. BRANDON came back when it was time for me to renew my stay. He and Mr. Mike (Maintenance) bent over backwards to supply all my needs. Thanks you guys for ALWAYS going over and beyond to make sure me and my daughter was good. If I could I would give 20 stars! Now that's Is quality customer service.
