    This venue reached out to me via a third party search for small wedding venues. Set my appointment to see the venue and confirmed through text for the time frame. Drove nearly an hour for the set appointment time and confirmed yet again (because it was rush hour and we were 6 min behind) through text that we were meeting. Arrived and the venue was locked and the contact was nowhere to be found. Text and called - no answer. Waited 25 minutes trying to contact but no one showed and no one answered. Very dissatisfied with this business. ***UPDATE*** This venue had the absolute NERVE to text me 4 days later and ask how the tour went? Maam. No one showed up or answered my communication!

    Alert READ BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS EVENT VENUE IS HORRIBLE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE DOWN TO VENUE ISSUES, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK My daughters graduation event was 5/27/23 and this organization and its team were beyond unprofessional, lacked timeliness, and did not uphold their end of the contract agreement. Some major examples include: - No toiletries, trash bags, or items that were promised in convo/contractual agreement were provided. We ended up having to purchase last minute in our own - They didn't unlock the main door during our event, so we had to prop side doors open and make due AND they left us with no way of contacting them emergency or otherwise -They didn't return at out designated party end time to lock up and we stayed an additional hour due to no response from the venue. Eventually we had no choice but to leave and emailed the venue explaining that the doors were unlocked and we'd waited long enough! - They set the venue up entirely wrong despite having been provided with a layout weeks prior to the event when the event planner expressed frustration not only did they refuse to fix the issue, they walked out on her and caused almost a 2.5 hour delayed start to our party (to which we also were never refunded) -The tv's that were supposed to be used for the slide show didn't work, no access to remotes, -The supply closet was locked so there was no access to water for the mop buckets (we had to fill the cups and jugs using the bathroom sink in order to properly clean up) -the day of the event they send a list of ADDITIONAL rules that were never discussed at time of booking -They took 3 weeks to provide the $300 deposit refun back and did not answer the phone to take accountability for their bs business practices My event planner and I have tried for weeks since this event to get a manager/owner to respond with no avail! I am reporting them to the better business bureau and am considering legal action as well. I strongly advise people avoid booking hetr. I will happily share the email exchanges with anybody who would like to see them!!! They come directly from the venue following my report of all the issues of you can see how they apologize to me but still not rectified the issue. Bottom line save your money and your frustration pick another location. We will NEVER recommend anybody booking with them

    DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They have bad business practices. The only time she communicated well with me was to request payments. I paid with no problem. She was not forgiving at all when I asked to come early because my decorator had a death in her family. I had my party here. Loved the fact that there were plenty of space. Hated not having a kitchen! But to get to why it was such a horrible experience, she will not give me my $300 deposit back because there was a broken chair and a sprinkle of glitter left on the floor. She only told me this when I requested my deposit back! I dont mind paying for the chair, even though they are not in good condition. She promised me 50 chairs. They are not all the same color which tells me they are old and in bad condition anyway. I cant even say it wasnt broken before because she doesnt even offer set up. But whats sad is shes keeping my money over a chair and a tiny glitter (that can be swept)! After reading other reviews it seems she trys to keep your deposit either way!!! I will be reporting her to the better business bureau! I suggest you use the building across from her! It looks better anyway!

    Buyer Beware: Please look on BBB website. If I did, I wouldn't be dealing with this issue right now! I booked a 50th Birthday Party for my husband. I was given a contract and told I would need to pay a $300 refundable deposit. Upon booking, I was told I had to remove all trash and decorations which I was okay with. Hours before my event started I was given a list of things I must do, that was never discussed with me before booking my event. The list included the need to clean the bathroom, mop the floors, ensure no food is left on the tablecloths, etc, etc. It was extreme and honestly quite ridiculous. The venue knew we would have food, if people eat there can be stains etc. I explained to them had they given me the list before booking I would have never booked with them! Upon my getting there for set-up it was 2 gentlemen who were late. They didn't have the tables up, no tablecloths laid out or anything. Me, my family and hired staff had to jump in and get that done. That was supposed to be done by the venue. At the end of the venue, we cleared out all trash, removed all decorations, and checked and folded all linens, tablecloths, etc. We also folded all tables and chairs and cleaned the bathroom. We took pics and videos as proof. The gentleman walked with me through the venue and all looked well. I sent an email and I was told it all looked good and that I would receive a refund. Waited 2 weeks and nothing so I emailed again. I was told it was processing. It is going on for a month. I haven't received a DOLLAR from these people. My event was paid in full on 2/5/23. After researching on BBB I now see they run a scam! There are others who had the same or similar experiences as me. I want my money back and nothing to do with this company again.
