I rarely write reviews, but my experience with PSI/Josh demands recognition. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Josh demonstrated remarkable project management skills, ensuring timelines were met with precision. I help manage a small publishing company. We use PSI for inventory management, warehousing, and fulfillment. They integrate with Amazon FBM and with Shopify and it's awesome. For larger freight shipments they are also very easy to work with. A lot of our titles are printed overseas as well and we've never had any issues with receiving. If you're looking for a 3PL solution, PSI is where it's at. They are a friendly team and they know what they are doing.

We started working with PSI this spring to fulfill our orders for art prints, fabric and wallpaper samples, and ribbon, and they have been absolutely fabulous. Josh and Clint walked us through each and every step of the entire onboarding process, and explained everything so thoroughly that it made our inventory transfer super easy and smooth. Customers have already emailed me multiple times to let me know how quickly they've received their packages, and I really don't know what I would do if we hadn't found PSI! I have been a small business owner for almost ten years, and working with PSI has given me the ability to actually take real time off with my family this summer because I know that any shop orders are in their wonderfully capable hands. The number one thing I was hoping for with a fulfillment company was great communication and I can't stress enough how great Josh and Clint have been with this- they always, always respond to my emails thoroughly and in a timely fashion, and I really do feel so lucky that we found them. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!
