Someone deleted my review. Michelle the director was awful! Bad attitude the moment when I walked in the door. She harassed me when I was sitting in my car because I wouldn’t leave the property fast enough. She will be reported. I would rate this place zero stars if I could.

Just called here to inquire about information regarding the school. The person that answered the phone(assistant director) refused to answer my question only to insist she had no room for my daughter. She was rude , hung up without providing quality assistance to my needs. I wouldn’t even want to visit this location if this is the attitude. Her exact response and I quote” we work with Down syndrome, goodbye” so happy to see this attitude before wanting to take a visit. Working with special needs children and parents requires patience and a nurturing attitude NOT what I felt here.

As other parents stated if I could give them zero stars I would. My child attended pre-k here and had the worst experience to the point of not wanting to go to school. My child was denied WATER !! His lunch was being thrown away because he didn’t eat fast enough, he told us he was called dumb and countless other horrific things. When I tried to address my concerns with the director of this program(Michelle) she spoke to me as if I was a child, she got in my child’s face in my presence and told me that is how they were taught to speak to children! She basically has her entire family working there so going to her about anything is completely pointless. Theses people should not be taking care of children, there is no excuse other then pure and out right neglect as to why a child should be denied water and food !!
