Absolutely awful to deal with. Theyve had bills for months which are still not resolved. After MANY phone calls and emails with them, they told me to contact the insurance co. and that AMPS does not actually talk to the provider. (The insurance co told me to talk to AMPS.) AMPS also claims that theyll deal with resolving it on my credit bureau- I suspect the only way they do that is to wait til it falls off. Their process is to do nothing at all. 0 or negative stars if I could.

Exactly what previous reviewers have said. I'm getting the runaround and they absolutely have zero care for one's situation. I had to put a medical bill on a payment plan just so I avoid being sent to Collections. This is a bill AMPS was supposedly working on. I sent them the bill and told them exactly that: I'm on a payment plan. This was more than ten months ago. Today they just called me and said "oh, we didn't know you're on a payment plan. We will go ahead and cancel that dispute then." Are you kidding me? I was on a payment plan because of YOU. Because you take FOREVER to get this straightened out. This is a total sham.
