      image Second time bringing computer here and it is back to normal and working good. They do a good job . The guy I spoke with at checkout can adjust his tone and attitude though when speaking to me. Customers deserve better customer service when being spoke to.

      Usually I take machines in but was taking my kids to the movies when you dropped it off. I wrote down you told me it would glitch after 10 minutes when you picked it up and I remember asking if you told them that when you dropped it off. I don't remember having a tone, I remember telling you we cleaned the board and it ran ok for us all day.We have a warranty so I'm sure I was telling you to take it home and try it.I apologize sometimes I get busy and am trying to do multiple things and have a bad tone. My wife refuses to talk to the "work me". I hope you know it's nothing personal and I'm not always like that, you probably got me on a bad day. Sorry about that. =(
