Customer service these days is very poor and they rush you. I am an elderly and not as swift with thought and words. So, I consider myself blessed to have Lacey assist me. He was very polite and patient...full of answers. Amazing experience. Thank you Lacey you are appreciated!

Let me start by saying Lacey Jr is very professional and he one of the best of them all this man have been so patient with me and been by my side every step of the way since January and still going throughout the whole process with my refrigerator he making sure everything going through correctly so I really appreciate him so much I will give him 10 stars if I can keep up the good work Lacey i really appreciate you

after have samsung for over 10 years and recently purchased s 23 ultra 8 months ago for my fiance who is currently 6 month high risk pregnant. and the phone been shut-off and turning back on while overheating for 15-20 mins and samsung was no help in getting this phone replaced. instead they would like me to send the phone in which will leave her without a phone or to purchase a new while they look at it. I currently have a video showing the phone doing it and showing the phone reaching over 104 and they refused to do anything about it.

Very rude service from top to bottom. Its not even worth buying a Samsung appliance the process for getting it repaired is this horrible.
