30 minutes before my reservation I received a phone call informing me that I won't have a car an hour and 45 minutes after my reservation. There was no apology, no incentive for the inconvenience nothing. She got defensive and said "I have a car for you. Just not at the time you need". I asked if they could cancel my reservation and they said "Sure". I checked an hour later to see that they didn't cancel so I went ahead and did it myself. Well it's been a week after my reservation and they only refunded me a portion of what I paid. I called customer service a week ago so I can get a full refund nothing. They said 3-5 days and it has been about 7 days now. Don't go here.

The local team at Peachtree Corners, GA are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Our design team has been using them for years due to their awesome customer service relations which we highly value + recommend. Thanks Maneka + team!

If I could give less than 1 star would. These people are absolutely awful. I kid you not, I booked reservations twice days in advance online, received a confirmation number and called to confirm. Right before I was heading to pick the car the Avis branch called and told me they did not have any cars but would the next week. I booked another reservation for the next week. This time no one called so I called and spoke to an Avis rep that confirmed the reservation because the branch did not answer. I dialed back and finally reached an amazingly rude lady at the branch that seemed angry that I booked a car online and said they don't have any and that I would need to be on a wait list (!?) she then HUNG UP ON ME. Astonishing! Why do people like that work in customer service?
