If I could give 0 stars i would. Kathy is the person who helped me. Lifeart was not willing to correct an issue that was 100% their fault and instead gave an insulting credit and tried to send me on my way Hopefully upper management sees this post and does something but I will not hold my breath

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - We bought through them for a client's bathroom. We talked to them ahead of time to request a cabinets that were a modified depth, and we were told this was OK, and to just put a note on the order form. We did this - filled out the order, added the modifications. Order was accepted, our client paid. Fast forward to the day our installer is at the job, ready to install the cabinets. Find out that the cabinets were never modified. We called Lifeart, and talked with both Phuong Nguyen and Denise Malcom- it is not an exaggeration to say that these two individuals are possibly the worst customer service representatives I've ever dealt with in my life. They absolutely REFUSE to take ownership of this error on their part, claiming 'they don't ever do these depth modifications' on cabinets. Well unfortunately they never said a word about this through the order process. They accepted the order with the modifications, charged our client, delivered the cabinets (oh and by the way the delivery driver damaged the driveway, which they also refuse to do anything about), and then we found out they just totally ignored the modification request and never said a word. We ended up having to pay our installer hundreds of dollars to tear apart the cabinets and rebuild them to modify them, because otherwise the entire schedule for the renovation would have been messed up. LifeArt will not do anything at all. They won't even admit they made a mistake. They are claiming it is our mistake and our problem for not 'talking to the right people before ordering a modification' .... Unprofessional, rude, awful customer service. Go ANYWHERE ELSE for cabinets. This company is complete garbage.
