Stratix Corporation

Working for Stratix has its pros and cons. Stratix recently acquired a new company, and the merger went smoothly compared to other mergers you hear about. Our new teammates are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. The new company brought a lot of technology needed to keep Stratix relevant. The CEO is a very down-to-earth man. He talks to everyone and makes you feel important. The previous CEO was nice but not engaged with the worker bees. Pros: Lots of work and lots of teammates to help you when you need it. Stratix has a lot of Fortune 500 customers in almost every vertical. Quarterly recognition meetings. Managers and VPs are great at giving praise and not taking all the credit for their workers' work. Lots of group collaboration! The pay is very competitive. Lots of opportunities in the company to move up to different positions. Cons: Some tenured employees spread negativity and aren't pleasant to work with. Luckily, there aren't many employees like that. Not a lot of space at the office. Stratix has expanded so much that they're running out of room. No company or group outings. The previous leadership did a better job of putting together outings and team-building events. The CEO used to be a CFO, and in my opinion, that is why we don't have outings or parties. Listings for open positions aren't easy to find."

Not the greatest place to work at currently. After COVID we have been working from home, which is probably the only good part. But ever since we dont get NO raises or bonuses at all! I know really good, after sending us all home, the big people on top are filling up their pockets, and we get more work for no raise at allsince 2020! I work here now because I need todue to circumstances but as soon as I can, Im leaving this place. They dont care about us, we are just another number.
