Soft Surroundings

Today 3 stars! Normally very happy about the level of service I receive. Today not so much. I was not concerned with the lack of associates.. I get that, but I standing in line. , my merchandise is on the counter. Another woman stands next to me. Finally an associate comes.. checks out the lady .. does not apologize for the wait nor does she ask who was first. Ok.. not shopping there while that associate works ..

Nice people, nice manager. Great extensive selection. Found several things for my curvy body that worked, actually, too many if that's a thing. Definitely worth the price when they do closeouts. Although read the fine print= no returns. Also, the price is %off so you have to be calculate that beforehand.

Quality service by very personable staff makes shops stand out in your thinking and makes you want to return... and this shop has all that, in addition to styles, colors, and quality that my wife adores. We had gone to pick up an item ordered online and the ladies took my wife to a fitting room for her to know immediately whether or not she liked the fit, color, etc rather than get home, not like it, and need to make another trip to return it. (She loved it and they helped remove the tags so she could wear it out from there!) My only regret is that I didn't get their names to add to this review!

The workers were extra kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the store carried a very limited supply of womans sizes.
