I lived in these apartments for 2 yrs and it was a bad experience there was roaches everywhere , and they never sprayed .floor was uneven and the vinyl was teared the people in the office wanna do everything when ever they feel like it not in a timely manner and when you report a fixture they take there sweet time and do a horrible job the problem comes back in a couple of days when you move out they wanna charge you for every little minor fixture they make there was construction that they still have not finished the mail boxes always needed to be fixed and the gate is broken every other week this is a horrible place to live I would not recommend even to my worst enemy unless you need a emergency place to stay.

They are ok but none of maintenance speaks English. The leasing company has changed the policy so you can renew if late, they refuse to work with ppl to contribute to homelessness and when you are late you not only have to pay whats late but you also have to pat the next month with it. roaches, gun shootouts bullet went through a neighbors car several of them. mail box has been broken into. no guard walking around or driving around at night, the valet trash pick up when they want to.
