        Just wanted to drop a note to recognize the above and beyond service on my insurance claim from Jeremiah. Jeremiah was very courteous and kept us well informed throughout the process. Of particular note he handled all of the communications with my insurance company which took that off of my shoulders. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend SERVPRO. Ask for Jeremiah!

Tia and (I believe), the mitigation team maintained their professionalism, yet, were empathetic to our needs and kept both my husband and I apprised of all ongoing procedures.         If there was a place for Zero stars, that's what I'd select. Our representative Jeremiah 'Horrible' Hendrix was AWFUL. He was Horrible on his communication and etc. His bedside manner was horrific. We met with him mid-May to start the job, and it went downhill from there. He was rude during phone calls, texts, and visits. There were weeks of beautiful weather, and no work would be done, and there was no communication from Jeremiah to say why. A two month job took about six to seven months to finish. I'm finally back in my house and I'm finding different things that's not satisfying to me but trying to live with it due to not wanting to have to deal with Jeremiah 'Horrible' Hendrix or this branch of Servpro again. I usually try not to complain, but this experience with Jeremiah 'Horrible' Hendrix has left a BITTER TASTE for me for Servpro overall. I was warned about dealing with Servpro, but I try to give people a chance instead of just going by others' view. Use them at your own RISK because it will be a RISK!!! Adrian/Linda
