i have a special needs child. Catherine Mathews was awesome, i have used her for years. She got my child some slap wrists bands, played music on phone for her, catered to her every need and thanked me for bringing her in. It was a speedy process and she was wonderful and kind and went above and beyond. Great person at a great place!!!!

We have been a client of Catherine's for many years and trust her greatly for filing our yearly taxes. We moved over 60 miles away and still only feel comfortable with her after trying another CPA closer to us on one occasion. It just wasn't the same, so we went back to where we knew we felt best with Catherine. Linda at the front desk is very warm, welcoming, and professional as well. I highly recommend Key Point Tax as you will be treated like family and not just a number!

This place is awful. Catherine used to be amazing, but in 2021 she fell off the face of the earth & never completed multiple clients' taxes. She refuses to respond via email & doesn't answer her phone. It's been one excuse after another. In the meantime, her clients are now screwed with paying penalties to do two years worth of taxes bc she couldn't do her job. It seriously isn't that difficult to send out a mass email citing personal issues & needing to have someone else do the taxes. Absolutely unprofessional & not trustworthy.

I would not give any stars if it would let me. This lady came referred by a close family friend that had done business with her for a long time. I thought I was in good hands with dealing with a tax situation with the IRS due to my taxes being improperly handled by another tax preparer. She was very friendly upon the first meeting and seemed very professional and appeared like she could help me with my situation. After that first time I have spoken with her once on the phone and it's been almost 3 months now and I cannot get her on the phone cannot get anybody at the shop I cannot get her to respond to text messages and when I send a threatening text about reporting her I get a text message back every single time I'm sorry who is this please? That's what I get like she does not know who I am yet I texted her multiple times!! I will be reporting her to the IRS anybody that uses her I hope you do the same because this is a very bad unprofessional business and every time I speak to her somebody else has died or there's an emergency she has to fly to California then to Texas she's out of the office for this she's out of the office for that. Don't go here save yourself the time and trouble go anywhere over here take your chances of doing your taxes yourself but don't go to this lady she will not do your taxes she will leave you hang as you won't respond to you she won't respond to your call she won't call when she says she will and you will be screwed in the end!!
