Great spot to throw some axes. Instructors were enthusiastic and very helpful. The hour went by quick. Can't wait to come back. Only downside was they didn't have many throwing options to choose from, you pretty much just get a hatchet. It was a lot of fun tho.

Had a great time at Black Bear Axe Throwing. Even though we were the last lane reservation of the day, David still took the time and energy to welcome us and work with us as if we were the first. He personally coached us from being absolute beginners to hitting bullseyes together in one session. This coaching includes safety, guidance on where to stand, which axe is best for you, and the technique of the throw. We brought food from the nearby Newnan square, but we had so much fun, we didn't even stop to eat it. If you don't bring food, drinks and snacks are available for purchase. At the end of your visit, you are given a punch card to work towards a free session. I will definitely be coming back and getting my punches. Highly recommend.
