        I got to the store right after they closed the two ladies that had been working were literally walking out and locking the door. One of them went back in and got the FedEx supplies I needed. So awesome to fi d customer service like that. I will be back In the morning to send my package with them.

      As explained on the phone, it was $84 for UPS, based on dimensional rate, for shipping from Georgia to California, (not USPS). Include boxing, bubble wrap and peanuts as well as labor and taxes. We are a local retail shipper with a reputation of packaging to industry standards so customers come to us for our knowledge and expertise!We attend classes every 18 months to refresh our knowledge and/or stay up to date on industry changes, there is a value in that knowledge.All fees were disclosed to our customer/seller and he relayed the information to you to make an educated decision. Our customer wanted to rely on our knowledge as he is familiar with our store. If you have a problem with the pricing, you could have said "No." and worked through another option with the seller. Your issue is with the person you purchased from, not with Pakmail; therefore we would appreciate you removing the adverse rating as you were not the customer; the seller is our local customer that is pleased with our services provided. Thank you.
