Always in and out here. Staff is friendly, fast, and efficient. Was able to secure a P.O. Box in under 10 minutes. Love the old school look and feel of the building also.

They say they close at 5pm but are always closed by 4:30pm sometimes 4pm. How is someone supposed to set up there box or mail out a package when they are always closed when they're supposed to be open.

Claimed my package was pickup at office although I never opted for that. Had to call the local branch 7 times before getting through. Once I got through I was out on hold for over five minutes. Had to call again to even talk to a representative. They couldnt even get a hold of the mail carrier for over 45 minutes. Lazily apologized and asked if I wanted to pick up or wait till the next day. No I dont want to pick up. Thats not my job, I ordered delivery.
