BUYER BEWARE! I have an aquanova spa sanitizer that initially worked great but a few moths in and the uv side stopped working. Replaced the lamp to no avail so I contacted the manufacturer of the spa who had me contact c-m-p as they said cmp has a warranty for the product and not them. At first it seemed like they would back the product when I spoke with a lady on the phone. After emailing Brennon Bragg and the first thing I get is a slight run around about the replacement lamp. I thought it was aftermarket since I bought it at a local spa store but it turned out it was a cmp bulb. Next step just fill this form out and send a picture for replacement. Sounds great, we are getting somewhere, this company backs their product and cares for customers..WRONG! The very next email from Brennon was to contact barefoot spas ( which I already did as noted above) as they only cover units installed after initial use even though I was never asked if I installed the product or the manufacturer did. Just a cat and mouse to not back the product. The typical (we got your money so now we dont care). Whatever happened to quality products and companies that back them? Very disappointed as I have a unit that should be replaced or repaired under warranty but I get the shaft. Time to find a new spa sanitizer system and hope they care about their customers or better yet that the unit lasts more than a few months. Thanks for nothing cmp..BUYER BEWARE!

One of their employees, Nicholas John, made threats towards me, liberals in general and the nation on social media (Facebook). I have screenshots and have contacted the company.
