The staff is so loving and got us in right away! We are now new patients! My son really loves the doctor! He made us feel at home

We have been loyal to Dr. Cole and Childrens clinic since I was a kid (30+ years). Today, I show up without an appointment willing to wait however long it took for them to see my son. Walk in, no acknowledgement, no eye contact made. Finally get words said to me "Do you have an appointment?" I said no and told them whats going on. "We dont take walk ins" was the response I got. This could've gone 2 ways: make me an appointment (or obviously wait) or how it actually went was me being questioned why my son "hasnt been in since 2021 and the doctor will wonder why." Regardless of when the last time we were here, he is sick and needs to be seen. I work in customer service, I am well aware walk ins are not ideal in any case. The lobby was completely empty. Professionalism was not implemented in no shape or form. The amount of disrespectful attitude and lack of empathy is truly comical at this point. I will never be back... and after 30+ years of being a loyal patient and now a mother of two patients that should speak volumes.

Our visit today left a nice impression! I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of listening, attention and information given during the visit. The nurse practitioner and the student did an exceptional job. Everyone was so nice and genuine. Thank you to the staff for such great patient service!
