Manager became aggressive and combative about me informing her that I was missing my 6 table covers. I was so disturbed that I had to end the call immediately.

Went in to get balloons for my sons first birthday, employee behind the desk stated that helium balloons do not float for more than 3-4 hours and to come back around time of party. Upon looking online Party City put out a statement that their balloons will stay inflated for 18+ hours. It seems like corporate needs to make a visit as all these reviews are the same outcome, the employees not wanting to do said job or being rude to customers.

Good customer service. Helped me put together bday balloons. On time. Nice folks. Balloons stayed inflated for a week. Get balloon measurements. My car was too small to fit balloons, and I had to make two trips.
