They are by far the Worst Mobile Home Community I have Seen!!!!!!!!!!!!They literally do nothing to Service the Homeowners in this Community!!!!!!!! Very Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!Their Maintenance People are the Worst!!!!!!!!!! Walk in On the Homeowners without Warning!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been here at Coweta Hills for about 3 years now, and this community literally grows on you like family. The management Geraldine is AMAZING!!!! My motto for her just in my personal experience is IF SHE CAN SHE WILL!!!! IT matters that you are connected to a management team that makes your experience feel like you are right at home! She is very easy to talk to and she has a presence that makes you feel welcomed and inviting. She has come and turned things around in such a short time!!! I have worked in property management and her position IS NOT EASY. Especially when you are coming behind someone else but she has done it so effortlessly!!! I am confident that we as a community have not seen the best yet!!! I am excited with what is to come!!!

If you have the option, do whatever you can to avoid this neighborhood. The rent is always changing, the houses are made of cheap materials, the repairmen often ignore requests, weather it's to fix the appliances such as air conditioning, refrigerator, doors falling off the hinges, horrible flooring, fees for things such as leaving your trash can anywhere but the curb but only on Friday's. If I could give it 0 stars I would, rent varying between 1400 and 1800 dollars a month for an abhorent neglected house , managed by some of the most greedy people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. It's clear no one really cares about the tenants and only want to make profit on you, all while they spend a little as possible and often choose to never be any help at all.
