We have purchased mattresses at other Original Matress Factory stores and have always received superior service. The store in Newnan, GA continued that tradition. We will never buy mattresses from anyone else.

We purchased a King Orthopedic Ultra Firm mattress a year ago today. Within the first 30 days we noticed indentions on both sides where my husband and I lay. We are not heavy people (he weighs 150 and I weigh 138). I called and talked to a Mr. Garcia in the factory and sent him photos. He said some indentation is normal and unless the indentions are 1.5 inches or deeper there is nothing wrong. I measured ours and they were 3/4 inches. They have stayed about the same over the months. But when you lie down you sink down even farther and feel like you are in a hole. We have turned and flipped the mattress every three months like recommended.
Also if you are looking for a mattress that you don't feel movement from your partner, this is not it. Because of the innersprings every move my husband makes I feel it. We did find Gary at the Newnan store very helpful when we purchased the mattress and had it delivered and Mr. Garcia responded to me in a timely manner.

My wife and I decided it was finally time to replace our old bed.  We decided to upgrade from a queen to a king, and buy what was most comfortable regardless of price.  We visited all the major furniture stores in Newnan, all the "big name" mattress stores in town, and finally the Original Mattress Factory.  I cannot stress enough what a different buying experience it was at OMF than at the other places.  The salesman was polite, very personable, not pushy at all, and best of all very attentive to what my wife and I both stated while laying on the various beds.  We picked out what we wanted but then I decided I wanted to go check out the last store we hadn't been to just in case.  Gary was polite, gave us our quote in writing, and told us he'd be happy to help us if we came back.The next day we decided to take the plunge and buy from OMF.  We bought an adjustable Split King in the serenity line with my side being Serenity and my better half's being serenity plus.  The same salesman was working and not only remembered us but put us to the front of the line and helped us right away!  Our beds came yesterday and the delivery guys were TOP NOTCH!  They were two really likeable and friendly fellows who assembled everything and showed me how to use the remote for the adjustable base.If you are shopping for a new bed in Newnan I give OMF all the stars.  I would recommend this business to anyone.
