Helpful people here. I went in looking for a screw for my chainsaw. They looked it up, found it, sold it. I was happy to solve my problem after an hour+ searching the internet for a part number. Then, realized this might be a good place for chainsaw chaps. They had them at a good, fair price. Shop local friends (saying this to myself here), or we'll lose great service problem-solving people like Jacob and others at Georgia Lawn Equipment.

Al and his team are not only the best lawn mower mechanics around they are some of the best people around. I showed up 10 minutes before closing time with a fuel line clogged and Al took off my fuel tank and blew out my fuel lines and helped get my mower running so I could all my jobs finished this weekend. Most people would have made me wait until Monday. Not Al. THANK YOU AL YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER!

I wish I would had looked at reviews 1st but will keep this objective. This place may be ok for your lawnmower from home. But its pretty bad if you own a lawn care or know standard service practices.
Day 1 - Hey can I get blades replaced and see what this spring hanging down is? I need a quote. Yes pull around side we will call you tomorrow. 1 week goes by I stop in they said havent been looked at we cant find help and we about a week behind. Wish I knew that on day 1 since I missed a job that weekend.
1 week 5 days later after calling 3-4 times and no answer I gave up.
Week 2 could not tell you how many times I called till someone picked up. Hey man checking on my lawnmower. Hmm yeah we think its done
Can I get a quote on price? Yeah let me write up ticket and I will call you back. 4 hours later I leave work early and show up.
After being charged for a part I never got a call about or even there for. I said hey is this standard? The lady was already dealing with 2 upset customers said follow me you can speak to the service manager.
This joker loves to hear hisself talk, bet I was in his office 30+ mins before I could even say hey I just want this explained Im not even saying Im not paying I need to know what caused it so I can prevent it. After I got tired of day dreaming I just said can I talk and tell ya what happen?
He said Oo well we messed up by not making you do the $50 diagnostic fee so here Ill take $50 off. Im like sure and let me just pay and leave this place.
Price was decent even the fact they replaced my spark plug without asking and fuel filter and odds and ins without consent but that was it I dont recommend this place to anyone that has a lawn care company.

If I could I would give negative 5 stars since they didn't chic the issue that my saw was having and they charged me for half the work that should have been done. I wouldn't take anything here to be worked on. They also don't have staff that can answer the phone or know what they are talking about. my husband's saw is a Husqvarna 359. (my name on Google is a nickname.)
