Tim came to my 80yr. old mother's home and gave her an estimate for lawn care, trimming limbs, and cutting trees.  He told her she could make extra payments through the process. He came and cut grass, edged and weeded but never removed limbs or trees.  She made extra payments on three different occasions and nothing was done except lawn cutting. They stopped coming to cut the lawn and she contacted them to ask when they were coming.  Tim came to her house and told her he was "just a little teed off."  She asked why because she had over paid him $500 and no other work was done except grass cutting.  They have not come back and now they will not answer her calls.  They have yet to do the extra $500 worth of work that was paid for in advance.  Of course my mother should not have paid in advance but it is a sad world we live in.  I would not recommend this company to anyone!  My mother is on a fixed income and lives alone and was completely taken advantage of!

I contacted great cuts to get an estimate for lawn and garden maintenance and gutter care. I was told they would come out on a Friday and would let me know the schedule once they figured it out. I followed up when I hadn't heard back on Thursday. I was then told they'd need to come out on Saturday, which I was disappointed by because I already had plans for Saturday but told them I was available before 1 PM. Friday I received an email, confirming they would be at my house on Saturday between 11:30-12:30 PM. Saturday at 12:45 comes and I haven't heard from anyone and no one is at my house. I called the office to ask where someone was and express we were disappointed. I immediately get a call back from a man (it's 12:47 PM at this point) saying he's 25 minutes away.  Now, I'm getting quotes from several companies in the area and so far Great Cuts Lawn Care has proved they aren't dependable or respectful of my time nor communicative. I told the man this was the second time we'd have to reschedule and we had people coming over, and was going to say more but I was cut off. He said something about the fact we don't have to be there (we want to be, we have questions), etc. After he was done I politely told the man that that we wanted someone dependable and before I could say any more I was cut off, yelled at and hung up on. I didn't catch all of it (I held the phone away from my face) but he said he has "120 people who could say I'm dependable and "he didn't want to work with me either" before he hung up. Now, if this guy couldn't take some honest, gentle feedback from a woman he had stood up twice and then HANG UP on her, then he's definitely not someone we want to work with. I understand things happen, but I had to follow up twice just for an estimate and then was disrespected. My time is valuable and I'm happy to give my money to a different business that understands that.
