Rooms smell like an old 1920s nursing home! Outdated sheets and furniture. Wallpaper is peeling/falling off the bathroom walls! Housekeeping doesnt respond and handicap is NEVER open, due to hotel management allows employees and housekeeping to park there. They even blocked us in and refused to get the car towed. We were blocked in for over 2 hours
Rooms: Outdated and smells like mildew lives inside of the wall!

Management absolutely horrible. My stay was booked for medical treatment at the local cancer center for convenience. After standing outside for over 4 hours waiting on a room to be ready I was checked into a room that still had dirty beds and someones luggage in the room. After a room change and speaking with management finally, I was advised BY MANAGER ON DUTY, that she was not gonna check me into a room at all! When asked for a reason, she said I would be better suited anywhere else. She knew I was without transportation and there for medical care. Then her and her staff smirked as I asked for my credit card and left! DO NOT RECOMMEND 0 out of 10

Booked by City of Hope! Worst experience ever! Was booked for a 3 day stay for medical care, after the experience at check IN and being verbally & emotionally attacked by the way i FEEL by the Manager on duty as a cancer patient I left in tears and cancelling all doctors appointments after this experience! I never want my dog to feel the way she handled me for no reason! Just wanted to return to my home 1200 miles away! NEVER will recommend a radisson to anyone! Worst experience ever! CTCA & CITY OF HOPE CANCEL THIS CONTRACT and save the patients! This experience makes me wanna just give up all hope!
Never imagined traveling so far away from my home and my comfort zone to be left on side of the street like trash in freezing temperatures with no one I know for over 12,000 miles. Well thats what this manager did to me! Until I hitched a ride to my cancer center and found somewhere to sleep for the night!

If zero stars was an option, I would select it without any thought! Old Moldy rooms, Smells like an old retirement house where they smoked Marlboro menthol cigarettes and drank beer all night. Horrible Stench!
Management walks around dressed like residents and manager is Passive Agreesive so if you stay here, please dont address management with anything!
I checked out immediately after witnessing manager refuse a cancer patient a room, whom was just transported there by a transportation van with others that says Cancer Treatment Center on it!
The woman left in tears, and the manager showed no remorse! Once i witnessed the manager sarcastically tell her to have a great day and smile at this poor woman in tears. My family and I became disgusted! My husband even called the transport location to notify them of their displaced patient.

Hotel MANAGEMENT continues to delete my review.. although Ive NOTIFIED CITY OF HOPE DIRECTLY of this exact unethical behaviour and smoke in mirrors.
This hotel is contracted with the non profit CITY OF HOPE to house cancer patients traveling more than 40 miles from home for care and treatment. City of Hope relys on this property and a few others in the surrounding area to create a home away from home for us!
Well BOTH stays at this property were everything less of satisfactory! Everything from being charged more than a nights stay to check in early (to prevent from being the freezing lobby more than 3 hours), to being blocked in as a permitted handicap driver by house keeping from 11pm til 11am and missing my scheduled Oncology visit (took 6 weeks for reschedule), to being told by a manager that she is denying me a room after having a standing reservation for more than a month which was booked by city of hope and paid for by them directly! Manager said she didnt like that I was in a bad mood today! After explaining to her it wasnt her, my day was long and my flight was strenuous, manager interjected and stated idc you are in a private place of business. After asking management why is she talking to me like her child,I just want to go in my room and get some rest she stated, You want get a room here at all unless you fix your face (NO JOKES)
I asked her to return my credit card, and manager at that moment suggested that I should have a great day as I exited! Continuing to add insult to injury caused by her directly!
Btw: I was being helped by another gentleman whom was answering all questions and providing service I needed. He even allowed me to call to COH to confirm pricing per night! Manager very rude, title struck obnoxious and humiliating!
