I live in Denver and tried for 3 days to get hold of my sister unsuccessful every time for 3 days finally I had to get upset then they moved their buts on the 3 rd day I finally got hold of her this facility is not running on compassion it running on this is unconventional attitude

Excellent Rehab facility. We sent my grandmother here after her surgery.
She was at the point when she first arrived she didn't care to do any therapy. The staff encouraged and worked everyday with her. She is now walking, doing things on her own and in good spirits. She was sad to leave but excited because she got to ring the bell. She made friends with all the nurses and therapist. Everyone was very professional, friendly and showed compassion. I would highly recommend this facility.

A new person comes almost every time. We had a social worker who was kind. We also had one nurse come by that one was the only one who actually took time to hear me out about the entire situation and listened to what my husband and I struggle with everyday instead of asking my grandmother with dementia and is in denial what was going on with her and just letting her lie to them like she does to me and everyone else every day because she doesnt want to accept anything. My grandmother opens the door for anyone. We have three dogs and weve had people come without calling first and scheduling a meeting so I didnt know to put the animals outside and they ended up getting out and running all over the neighborhood. We had one guy randomly show up acting like he was high off pills without warning. All but one person who came by refused to give my grandmother a bath because she didnt want to... she never wants to so within the 3 weeks they were here, she got one bath. We told them we wanted them to stop coming and they kept blowing up our phones and stopping by our house whenever they felt like it. I would have never agreed to have this service at our home if I knew how poor of a service it would be.
