Great Clips

I came in for a hair cut. I had let my hair get long so it needed to be put back in layers. She did a goodjob on the top and then it was long all over the back. When i got home i discovered some strands 2inches wide on the left side behind my ear the original length. Very strange. The beautician never put the standard white wrap on my neck and there was hair around the chair from previous patrons. Sad. I hacked the uncut long hair. I have been a patron for decades but am flabbergasted.

If I could give zero stars I would . Friday March 1, 2024 my husband took me to get my nails done. He was bored so he decided to go to great clips to have his beard shaped up . He didn't get the lady's name but she messed him up ! She was an older white lady . We didn't realize just how bad it was until we got home and examined it . I literally don't even understand how she thought it was okay to let him leave with it looking like this . Then charge him $32 plus a tip .

Lady took it upon herself to give me a fade when i asked for and even all around cut. Ended up having to lose more hair than i wanted.
