Good Gym. They cater more to teams then their classes. Good coaches and nice folks.

Very nice facility with multiple areas to learn & practice Gymnastics. Staff seems friendly & knowledgeable. Parking was difficult for Handicapped.

Amazing amazing amazing! We can't say it enough. My daughter has Autism and struggles with her balance. We decided to put her into the gymnastics class, because what better way to overcome something than to tackle it head on. We were hoping the coaches would be able to help her be ok with falling and work on her balance. Well not only has that improved but she is progressing into actual tumbles and doing more "gymnastics stuff". We have been amazed, not only with our daughters progress but how well equipped the staff is when it comes to assisting and coaching a neurodivergent child. The staff goes out of there way to be of service and make sure my daughter gets the time she need in each activity. At the same time they make sure to include her with the group and don't single her out because she processes information differently. Thank you Coach Crystal and the team at NSG. We plan to continue this journey with NSG.
