TELEPHONE STAFF IS DOWNRIGHT, SCARY CLUELESS. I called for self-pay pricing for mammogram and stress test. Vanessa in mammogram services KNEW HER JOB, VERY WELL and gave me a price within one minute! Then, she transferred me to Ronnie (female) to get pricing for stress test, and after a long wait, Ronnie had transferred me to the wrong extension, and after a long wait, Laqesha had transferred me to the wrong extension. I find it very odd that Vanessa had "privileged" pricing info but no one else. But, you know they had the pricing info and just don't care. Which I'm sure is for the best because it being Piedmont, you know you'll get bills later for the toilet flush-able services, asphalt driveway services, doctor blinking and breathing services.
