I was very impressed with the staff and their knowledge and their willingness to answer my questions. I have never had more X-rays completed at one time and they were much needed for my gum disease. I was impressed overall.

It's been almost a year since I've been coming to Dr.Harvey's dental office at Great Expressions in Newnan. I'm BIG on " customer service and billing". I had a couple of concerns in 2023 that was kind of addressed, however on March 26,2024, I had to "cancel" my appt due Roderick misinforming me about an outstanding bill of $329 - he was so nasty in his delivery. (So unprofessional) Pull the call I didn't want to return until this matter was resolved and Roderick was no longer there.(He was a temporary worker at Newnan ) I had Judy Forfinski at the Corporate Office perform an audit. The outcome - I was grossly overcharged and I did not owe $329 as previously quoted by Roderick. Judy stated my account /CC was overcharged and they refunded my CC of $361.75. It's important to me about being treated fairly especially in a professional environment. Dr. Harvey decided because I reported him to the Corporate Office ( CEO office) & Patient Services RE: the overcharging of my account and being treated unfairly by his staff he no longer wants my business. I think I'm too forgiving of people. This wasn't personal, it was business. I really should've not returned when I first suspected I was being overcharged in 2023. Everything in my review is factual. My spouse will also share his review.
