        Im not a fan of dental office but this is different. Staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Hygienist was great, explained everything clearly. The dentist was very personable and created a plan for treatment. The office manager Gayla was very thorough and took care of setting up my follow up appointment and payment plan. They truly made me feel at home and great team atmosphere.

        I was extremely disappointed with Aspen Dental. An appointment that should have taken 10 minutes max, consumed my day for over 2 1/2 hours! Even worse, nothing was ever done during that time except waiting to finally see the consultant, then waiting to speak with the office mgr., and more waiting - I'm told for computer problems. I ultimately ended the visit with requesting a call back when they had their act together because I had other appointments to attend to. My time is as valuable as theirs and there was no sense of urgency to keep my appointment. I chose them because they are in my Dental Insurance network, but never again...
