        I've been seeing Dr. Shaffer for about 18 months. I came to him at the beginning of one of the most difficult times in my life. I was originally very skeptical of the value of therapy but am now a big believer. Dr. Shaffer has changed my life and made me a better person. He helped me see the things in my life that I needed to change without making me feel bad about myself and guided me on how to make these changes. He also helped me through a very difficult time and I have no idea where I would be without him!
