Apartments are spacious. 10/10 maintenance team, they came out every single time I had an issue and for the most part fixed it or hired a 3rd party to help with the issue. The real issue I had living here was the infestation of roaches. This issue and having loud neighbors didnt really help make a decision on staying here. Not a fan how the original leasing team (no longer there) rushed us to move in. Gate key wasnt working when I first moved here, apartment smelled like paint and after a couple uses of the shower, paint started chipping away (not a real issue). I had a constant battle with the tub knob as it continuously kept falling off. Pest control is included in the rent, maybe have the pest control people come out every couple of weeks and spray around the apartment. I mean we are paying for this service.

The staff has been doing an awesome job with trying to make our rsidence feel like home with all the fun activities.... But this Morning just Topped it off when I saw all the Staff at the front gate with smiles, a hand wave and a "start-the-day" snack to motivate us and assist with getting our day started. I thought this was just simply Superb!!!...Great job Lullwater Staff.you guys are amazing!!

Detonya has been a wonderful community director! She does not hesitate to get her hands dirty to get things done! She recently spent 2 days organizing the package room. She sent back everything that had been in there for a long time, so we could actually find our packages. Thank you Detonya Lindsey!

Roaches, Reaches. The roaches are roaching here. It's absolutely disgusting. Everyone here seems to be use to it. Read the other reviews I'm not the only one complaining about ROACHES. I am so over this apartment. I've been here for 8 months and I've tolerated this ROACH situation. They come out and spray water and it does absolutely nothing. I think people are used to just dealing with this over here. I was literally just sitting at my desk because I work from home and all of a sudden a roach came to greet me I sprayed roach spray all over my laptop and my desk. I'm paying well over 1500 and ive never had roaches at any if my other apartments. I just wanna get out of my lease and leave this roach motel. My neighbors have kids that run and jump all night and cry...unfortunately the walls are thin and the property is old. Maintenence is better now. Do NOT move to these roach infested apartments.
