I am changing my review because we now have more "pool knowledge". The products, are unnecessarily expensive, we started having the employees have negative manners when we would ask questions. We were told that if anything went over a specific Price, we would get notified; and no further action would be taken without our permission. That was one gimmick, we were never told in advance and our bill went ridiculously high. After a while (we had no pool knowledge at this time), when we would ask questions regarding our pool, maintenance, prices, or upgrades, the employees would become agitated and we would listen to the irritation in their voices. They always tell you, "Let us know if you need anything", but that's another gimmick, they want the customer to "leave them to it", with no contact with the customer. These days, Trust is earned, and not everyone, (if they are human) has to earn trust. We were gimmicked through the service (unnecessary cleaning), prices, " trust", and everything they told us about pool knowledge. We are now more knowledgeable about our pool and we save so much money and our pool is still up to chemical standards and guidelines.
