      Hi Becky, we are sorry you had an unpleasant experience thereby leaving a 2star review. If you would please text us the issue that caused you to leave a two star review, we will fix the issues. We clean daily, but some times on Sundays the laundromats get messy due to customers being messy which is unavoidable. I would recommend washing on a Saturday morning or during the week.
