        Working out of town and being away from your own home is bad enough to some.. but when you pay for a motel room, you expect some kind of luxury. This motel is not very good. The pictures in the room on the floor, toilet paper not in the bathroom, smoke detector hanging off the wall, stains all over the pillows and bedding, no soap, roaches crawling all over the walls. Towels with hair all over them.. kinda expecting bed bug bites when I wake up. This could be a nice establishment but due to carelessness and poor service, its not at all. I feel utterly uncomfortable and nasty. But the rooms are already paid for for our work week here. None of our crew are happy. Doing better would be great. This is very poor Quality.

        Booked reservation at Quality Inn in Moultrie, GA on Expedia while driving to Moultrie, GA tonight. When arrived they require a $50 damage deposit - IN CASH. Told lady that policy was not listed on Expedia for them, no one has cash, and to put it on my card. She refused, demanded I drive to ATM and get cash, and called me Sweetheart. I told her I've probably stayed at over 1000 hotels the last 30 years and have never heard of that stupid policy, it's not 1990, and I'm not her sweetheart - and I left. Sounds like that place is pretty bad from all the reviews.

        You can tell the business is going down or the owners have changed because Ive stayed here countless of times and nothing disgusted me than staying there last night. We woke up to BEDBUGS not only that I asked the caucasian lady that checked us in to speak to the manager, I didnt get her name but she told me she was the manager I knew I wasnt going to be able to talk to her by her demeanor so when I got done telling her they had bugs in their room she straight out called me a liar saying thats not their room, I showed her the pictures and everything then I asked for the corporate number and talk know what she hit me with we dont have one.. Safe to say if you expect good quality service and cleanness dont go to quality inn in Moultrie ga 31768.. Moultrie 6 or Hampton inn for out of town people would be beyond your better choice!!!!

      We are sorry but as you were explained to that we have notified them of this and we do not control 3rd party websites or their reservations. You were also apologized to for being called sweetheart as we see it as southern hospitality. As we were trying to explain to you and you not wanting to listen about the deposit. NO ONE DEMANDED for you to go anywhere. You would not let us get in a word edgewise to tell you anything. Just kept saying that it was stupid and stormed out.Thanks also for leaving the big mess from your cup all over the floor and not letting us know that it had happened so that we could clean it up.We hope that you have a wonderful day and GOD BLESS YOU!!

      There was nothing found in this room when it was inspected by us and our exterminator. Further the photo that you posted is not even of our carpet as our carpeting is brown and black with tan lines in it. NOT GREY. The only thing that was found in the room during inspection was the smell of weed and the crumbs of the weed on the floor that you left in our 100% non-smoking hotel. Which we also have photos of if you would like us to show them to you and it shows what our carpet really looks like.We hope that you have a wonderful day!
