The negative attitude is contagious. I just can't believe how RUDE they are..to WOMEN! Not just me...but when it's a man, then they cool. If it wasn't for my amazon returns I would go in there. I'll have to find somewhere else. I went into FedEx and the customer service there was like NIGHT & DAY!! They are so friendly.

1/19/23 10Am, Walked into store one young man working. I ask politely do you have an email address I can send something to and have printed. He said yes, the address is on the computer, you can use the computer for a price, $2.00 an email and so many cents a copy. I said I have my tablet Ill just send you the email. He said I/We dont do that. You have to use our computer and print yourself. I said you wont print it for me? He said No we dont do that! I said ok Ill go somewhere else. He then said sarcastically, whats so hard about you using our computer to print? Really, what horrible customer service!!! And they want you to pay them and you do all the work. I use UPS Stores all over Atlanta numerous times a week and have NEVER had a UPS Store treat me this way! Shame, Shame!!

I've come here twice for an Amazon return. Both times the employees were just cold and weird. They don't speak when you walk in and they always seem annoyed. I'm starting to think they really hate the work. Edit: The fact that reviews have gotten no better over time and all that can be said is "Thank you for visiting The UPS Store of Morrow, GA" is really sad. I've been taking my Amazon returns to Kohl's and the service is amazing- for those looking for an alternative. If you must use this company, make the sacrifice and drive to another location if you can. Respect is worth more than convenience.
